Abstract

This article discusses the most polluted harbor in the United States, Boston Harbor. This article discusses the legislative problems, the regulatory approach to environmental preservation of the harbor, the scientific findings regarding the health of the harbor, and the results from the recognition of being the most polluted harbor in the United States.
