Galveston Bay Project: compilation of water quality data, July 1968 - September 1971

From July 1968 through August 1972, sampling was conducted monthly in the Galveston Bay system (with the exception of a four month period from November 1970 through February 1971). The program was initiated at thirty-five stations, nine (9) of which were in the Houston Ship Channel above Morgan Point. Sampling at these stations, plus four (4) others added in the bay proper, continued through October 1970. In March 1971, sampling was reinitiated at fifteen (15) stations, all in the bay proper. All sampling stations used throughout the program are shown.
