Comparative aspects of the coastal zone management: background information on the law of Texas and other states in view of the Coastal Zone Management Act of 1972.

This monograph provides background common law and statutory law material to aid in the development of a coastal zone management program by showing what Texas already has done. Solutions devised by other states are described.
