Constituency Review Program for the Draft National Fisheries Plan: Southeast Region

Gulf South Research Institute (GSRI), under contract with Gulf States Marine Fisheries Commission, has completed a constituency review program for a draft National Fisheries Plan (Contract No. 001, GSRI No. 250-717-11). The objective of the study was to obtain response to the proposed plan from a broad spectrum of those people who would be affected by the plan should it be adopted. The findings and consensual conclusions of the research team are presented in this report.
