Abstract

The teaching materials assembled below aim at acquainting the student with international and federal regulations of the sea, the seabed and marine activities, including the control of their environmental impact. Of necessity, the course includes elements of international and admiralty law. Hence, the teaching materials contain some preliminary and basic coverage of international law and adjudication as well as admiralty jurisdiction.
