Abstract
Pursuant to section 15(1) of the outer continental shelf lands act (OCSLA), as amended (43 U.S.C. 1343(1)), this annual report on the outer continental shelf (OCS) oil and gas leasing and production program for fiscal year (FY) 1986 is herewith submitted to the congress of the united states. The document summarizes receipts and expenditures and, in compliance with section 22(g) of the act, also includes information on OCS safety violations as reported by the US. Coast guard (USCG).
