Abstract

This report discusses the major issues and areas of concern for the mid-Atlantic environment that are considered in the planning process for oil and gas leasing and operations on the Outer Continental Shelf (OCS). The issues are addressed with respect to the potential environmental consequences of mid-Atlantic oil and gas exploration, development and production.
