Abstract
This document is a record of public hearing on application of Houston Oil & Minerals Corporation for a Department of Army Permit to erect and maintain structures and perform work for drilling wells for producing oil and gas in West Bay, state tracts 68, 70, 71, 73, 76, 78, 79a and 84 approximately 8 miles west from Galveston, Texas. This record includes a listing of the persons present, a list of the exhibits, list of persons presenting testimony, a list of the exhibits that were preliminary to the hearing, a list of exhibits introduced during the hearing, a list of exhibits received by mail after the hearing and a transcription of the record of the public hearing.
