[Letter to A. B. Greenwood] transmitting a letter together with accompanying papers to the office of Indian Affairs by Agent Cooper on the subject of 219 applications for bounty land, made by Choctaw and Chickasaw by the Commission. In order to make the decision Agent Cooper must provide sufficient explanation and if not enough explanation should provide the original papers.
