A mental health care center

Abstract

A psychiatric diagnostic and treatment center for the mentally ill. It will be for those individuals who have had a mental breakdown of a severe enough nature to require hospitalization under the direct supervision of a psychiatrist. It will include both in-patient and out-patient care.

It will house facilities and manpower to reactivate these individuals back into the productive aspect of life.
