Abstract
The University Libraries at Texas Tech initiated a coordinated marketing effort to showcase resources and services. Focusing each week during the campaign on a specific entity, the campaign combines print and electronic media to reach diverse user groups. Meeting with each department, the creative team brainstormed and incorporated ideas from across the Libraries. The entire organization was involved each week as new target areas were released. Using eye-catching graphics with slogans aimed at today’s university student, the campaign is catching hold as users are encouraged to “Forget what you think you know. Rediscover the Library."
