The status of training in state park systems and recommendations for improvement

Abstract

This is a study to investigate the planning, implementation, and benefits of in-service training and development programs for state park systems of the United States. Before recommendations for further research or guidelines for the planning and implementation of training programs can be offered, a thorough analysis of the "state of the art" must be presented.
