Abstract

So, the goal of this project is to perform a computerized analysis of the influence of the waveguide filling factor to the results of the measurements of dielectric's properties in high temperature microwa'e environment according to the modified equations. This should allow to eliminate the systematic error introduced by the changing parameters of the system when heating. The results of measuring dielectric properties having this error eliminated should allow to achieve better optimization of the process of electromagnetic energy transfers in some critical microwave devices that work in high temperature environment.
