Abstract
In the design program, the site region was selected, but a definite site was not pinpointed. Since that time a site has been selected. It is 13 miles south of Las Vegas on Interstate 15 where the State Highway 41 to Henderson has its junction. The site is on the west side of the Interstate at the northern base of a 3340' mountain that is a part of the McCulloch Range.
