This evidence based clinical practice guideline was developed through a systematic review of the literature with consideration of the physiological and operational aspects of the flight environment . Dysmenorrhea can have a significant impact on United States civil and military flight crews . A standardized aeromedical guideline can benefit flight crew members as well as the aeromedial community who cares for them . |
