Title: Ebb & Flow: Galveston Bay Characterization Highlights. the State of the Bay Symposium V. January 31-February 2, 2001.
Author: Galveston Bay Estuary Program
Abstract: This document is about the findings of studies on Galveston Bay and its watershed and the management actions based on those findings. We have written about the whole bay and the diverse information that is required to understand it as a system. Of course, boundaries had to be established and limits set or the volume would have expanded to infinity. You may disagree with what was included and what was omitted. Please make your suggestions know to the Galveston Bay Estuary Program staff. The story of Galveston Bay is a continuing one and this document is certainly not the last one to be written on the status and trends of its properties.
