Abstract

Cumulative impacts are incremental effects of projects which are added to the effects of other past, present, and reasonably foreseeable future projects. Forecasting cumulative impacts requires both a knowledge of and means for continually updating existing condition, an understanding of the impacts of proposed projects, and knowledge of what is reasonably foreseeable as future development.
