Abstract

The purpose of this report is to evaluate the current status and recent trends in factors contributing to these priority problems: habitat loss and modification; hydologic modification; and reduction in sediment availability. The most striking trend is the massive conversion of land to open water from a combined influence of factors with subsidence the most important and most pervasive.
