Houston's economic and demographic transformations: findings from the expanded 2002 survey of Houston's ethnic communities

Beginning in early 1982, the annual Houston Area Survey has monitored systematically the continuities and changes in the demographic patterns, life experiences, attitudes and beliefs of Harris County residents. This report outlines the transformations Harris County has undergone during these 20 years and expands on the transformations found in the 2002 survey.
