Abstract:

The report which follows is a waste load evaluation made pursuant to Section 131.11 of Title 40 of the Code of Federal Regulations. A waste load evaluation for Segment 1001, San Jacinto River - Tidal in the San Jacinto River Basin, was prepared and approved by the Texas Water Quality Board on November 26, 1974, and is currently in effect. The purpose of this revised waste load evaluation is to update the existing waste load evaluation in order to reflect revised waste load projections and other planning elements developed as part of the Houston Designated Area 208 Plan. |
