Abstract

This booklet describes the procedures used by the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department to evaluate projects for the federal Land and Water Conservation Fund (LWCF) Program and the Texas Local Parks, provide matching funds to local governments for the acquisition and development of outdoor recreation areas and facilities.
